Norfolk Estate

The house dates back to the reign of Queen Anne, being Listed Grade II as a house of architectural and historic interest. However during the 1960s the property was remodelled and the aim is to return its original detailing whilst retaining the integrity of the original period.

We are currently undertaking restoration and enlargement of the main house and extensive alterations to existing farm workers’ properties on the estate. The barn is also being restored for use as a studio.

The first stage of this undertaking was the research and writing of a detailed Heritage Appraisal.
